Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Clipped mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Clipped is a business management platform designed for mobile pet grooming professionals. The Service includes features for appointment scheduling, client management, route optimization, payment processing, and business analytics.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Clipped offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features and limitations are clearly described on our pricing page.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Standard Stripe fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply to payments received through the Service. You are responsible for all fees associated with your Stripe account.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Clipped, including client information, photos, and business data. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is fraudulent, false, or misleading
• Harasses or harms others

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clipped and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Maps (routing), and Firebase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions of third-party service providers

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipped and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
